Board of Education

The Eufaula City Board of Education consists of five members appointed at large by the city council to rotating five-year terms. Each board member is committed to the entire school district and donates their time and energy to the benefit of all of the schools and the entire community. The Board of Education conducts its business meetings in public, and the minutes of the meetings are public records. Conventionally, board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the board room at the central office, though occasionally meetings will be held at the various schools. Public attendance at board meetings is welcomed, and citizens may address the board by notifying Mrs. Susan Webb at (334) 687-1100, extension 1010, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
